2. Nature of the Service
Tiny Crimes (Murder Sudoku: Tiny Crimes) is a logic puzzle game provided for entertainment. The “crimes”, “victims”, and “suspects” in the app are fictional and exist solely as puzzle elements. Any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental.
3. Price and Purchases
Tiny Crimes is free to download and play. If the app offers optional in-app purchases, they are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Any payment is charged to your store account at the time of purchase, and refunds are handled according to the relevant store’s policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All app content — including artwork, puzzle design, the puzzle engine, text, and code — is the property of its creator. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tiny Crimes is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. I am not responsible for any loss of in-app progress, service interruptions, or device issues arising from use of the app.
6. Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after a change implies acceptance of the new terms.
