1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Test DGT, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Nature of the Service
Test DGT is a study and practice tool for the Spanish DGT driving theory exam for Permiso B. We are not affiliated with the Dirección General de Tráfico or any official body. The app does not guarantee passing the exam or obtaining a driving licence.
3. Premium Pack
The app may offer a one-time Premium Pack purchase that removes ads and unlocks the premium experience described in the app.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds, payment issues, and purchase history are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
4. Advertising
The free version may show ads. Purchasing the Premium Pack removes ads from the app while the purchase remains valid for your Apple ID.
5. Content
The app includes questions, explanations, theory material, and visual scenarios intended to help with exam preparation. Content may contain mistakes or become outdated. If you find an error, contact us so it can be reviewed and corrected.
The app may update its content at any time to improve quality or reflect changes in rules and exam preparation material.
6. Intellectual Property
All app content, designs, questions, explanations, illustrations, and code are owned by their creators unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially reuse app content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Test DGT is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for:
- Exam results or driving licence outcomes
- Errors, omissions, or outdated content
- Service interruptions, bugs, or data loss
- Decisions made based on app content
8. Changes
We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
