1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Flama Coach, you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Nature of the Service
Flama Coach is a supplementary study tool for preparing public service entrance exams (oposicions) in Catalonia. We are not affiliated with any official body. We do not guarantee passing any exam or obtaining any position.
3. Premium Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed entirely through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
To cancel: go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Select Flama Coach and tap “Cancel Subscription”.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Content
Content is based on current official legislation but may contain errors or inaccuracies. If you find any errors, contact us at suport@flamacoach.com so we can correct them.
The app may update its content periodically without prior notice to reflect legislative changes or improve question quality.
5. Intellectual Property
All app content — including questions, explanations, study guides, designs, and code — is the property of its creators. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Flama Coach is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for:
- Academic or professional outcomes resulting from its use
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Errors in question content or explanations
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after a modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
